TERMS AND CONDITIONS

METHOD OF ENTRY

• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and contractors of Bush Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their immediate families. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry.
• The Bush Australia Sports Pack Competition commences on 23rd September 2011 at 12:00 (noon) and ends on 31st October 2011 at 12:00 (noon) AEDT.
• To enter, applicants must log onto www.bushaustralia.com.au (Bush Australia website) or www.grundig.net.au (Grundig Australia website), click on the Win a Sports Pack link and follow the prompts to play and win by completing the entry form and in 25 words or less tell us ‘Your Favourite Sporting Moment’ and why. Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, contact phone number and age.
• Only one entry per person may be submitted. All entries become and remain the property of Bush Australia Pty Ltd.

  PRIZE

• The Grand Prize winner (Winner) will receive a Bush Australia Sports Pack compromising a Bush 500GB Freeview PVR (BVR501FV) and Grundig Trio Touch Music System (GMSX1000DABIP). The value of the prizes is $898 including GST.
• Winner will be selected by Bush Australia Pty Ltd by Monday 7th November 2011 at 12:00 (noon) AEDT. The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The name of the Winner will be published on the Bush Australia website by Wednesday 9th November 2011.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted by Wednesday, 16th November November 2011, Bush Australia will award the prize to the second best valid entry.
• The Winner is responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition and any associated costs related to receiving the prize listed in point 6.
• The Grand Prize is as depicted or described in the promotions for the competition and is not subject to change.
• Bush Australia accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injury incurred in connection with taking up the Grand Prize.
• The Grand Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  FINAL CONDITIONS

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon literary and creative merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
• The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, and scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries become and remain the property of Bush Australia Pty Ltd. Bush Australia may use the entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter and sponsors are the owners of all entries and jointly have the exclusive right to use, broadcast, exhibit, distribute, advertise, publicise or promote to the entrants. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by National Privacy Principles.
• Bush Australia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, and delay in operation or transmission; a communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
• If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the rights in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Subject to State Regulation.
• All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed through email to markus@dilectite.com.au. Unless otherwise notified, Bush Australia may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes.
• Neither Bush Australia Pty Ltd. or Markus Dilectite Pty Ltd. nor their associated companies are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond Bush Australia or Markus Dilectite's control which prevent awarding of the prize in accordance with the prize description.
